Nothing on this site needs to be installed — browsing it and creating your account work as they are. Step 2 below is only for opening the game.
1. Get the game
The game is distributed through Steam. It installs and updates from there, and no file of it is modified by anything on this page.
2. Point your machine here
The addresses the game looks for went off the air in 2013. Until this runs, the game opens and closes by itself — it is the anti-cheat failing to reach an update server that no longer exists.

Unzip it anywhere and run SETUP.cmd as administrator, once. It undoes itself with SETUP.cmd /undo, and MANUAL.txt inside it is the same steps by hand if you would rather not run a script.
Then press Play — the original launcher will ask for your account. Don't have one? Create an account — that part works right now, with nothing installed.
Play with the rest of us
This is a small server and matches are arranged, not stumbled into. The Discord is where players agree on a time, where to ask when something does not work, and where it is announced when the server goes down or comes back.
