This is the AC Support Team.

IMPORTANT:

Webzen.com will perform an extended maintenance beginning at 13:00 GST on June 17, 2013.
Maintenance will begin at 13:00 GST and conclude at approximately 05:00 GST Tuesday, June 18th.

All Webzen.com services will be down for maintenance on Monday, June 17th, 2013 at 13:00 GST,
to migrate all Webzen.com service platforms to the new hardware/region.
Estimated downtime is approximately 16 hours.

This will have effect on the following services for the duration:

• All Webzen.com website features will be unavailable.
• All game services, including game server access and forums will be unavailable.
• Commence transactions, including W Coin purchases, redeems, and/or gifts will be unavailable.

Please note:

• We strongly advise not purchasing durational items prior to this maintenance
  to avoid any personal losses.
• Please be aware that the maintenance duration is the currently scheduled maintenance period,
  and can be extended if additional time is required.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will resume all services as soon as the maintenance is over.
We will post further notice for compensation on the extended maintence.
