The AC Support Team is recruiting new Latin America SGMs to provide better quality service in the South America region.
If you’re in the Latin America region and would like to be an AC SGM, your chance is now so what are you waiting for?
1. What is an SGM?
- SGMs support AC GMs in the game and community as a 'Sub Game Master' (SGM).
2. Duties
* Before service open
- Various game tests required before open
- Reporting results of the test to AC Support Team
- Game and website translation check
* After service open
- Support local players in the AC community
- Play AC with local players and help with any game related questions
- Support and reply to multi-lingual players
- Support various AC events
- Monitor and report hack program users
- Report Bugs and Errors
3. Benefits
- Monthly reward of $10,000 in W-Coins
- Earned W-Coins can be only used in Arctic Combat and cannot be given to others.
- SGM Mark provided
- SGM account provided to manage AC forums
4. Application Requirements?
- Over age of 18
- Literate in English + local language
- FPS gamer who loves Arctic Combat
- Has sufficient time to work as a SGM
- Can follow instructions given by GMs and is willing to help other AC Veterans
