[Notice] FAQ for Open Beta - Dec.6

Attention to all AC Veterans !!

This is AC Commender.

Please be aware of the FAQs below and enter the battlegrounds fully prepared!

1. Currently there is a bug when exchanging 2 or more of the same weapons

  with the Mini Launch Pack coupon.

  The remaining date is not shown properly which does not effect the actual time and will be fixed soon.

 2. AC Forum

  * Before using the Forum, please check you are in the Community of your server and country.

 3. Service Countries

 Kindly be informed that as part of our continuous efforts to provide AC Veterans with
the best gaming experience, we have setup our game servers on a regional basis.
 Please refer to the list below for the countries that can currently access Arctic Combat.
 At the moment, only Veterans from the countries listed below may fully enjoy playing Arctic Combat.
 For the Veterans who are located in countries not included in the list, rest assured that
 we are preparing to expand our services to provide AC in other regions.

 We hope to see you soon in the battlefields!

4. Problem of Installation & Game Start?

  OBT Client is updated Dec. 5

  All Veterans have to download new version of Client here,

  http://ac.webzen.com/support/game-download

* We recommend to download new client by Flashget(download manager)

  Make sure UNINSTALL old one before you install new one.

5. OS Problem

  Window Vista & Window 8 might have problems with Arctic Combat.

  We recommend to use other version of OS

6. Bullet Lag

  We Arctic Combat Headquarters is going to fix 'Bullet Lag' at Next Maintenance, on Dec. 12 (GST)
